{"id":278,"date":"2019-10-06T12:34:25","date_gmt":"2019-10-06T12:34:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rol.alt64.org\/?p=278"},"modified":"2020-08-17T09:50:31","modified_gmt":"2020-08-17T09:50:31","slug":"pan-de-los-enanos-mas-o-menos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/rol.alt64.org\/?p=278","title":{"rendered":"Pan de los enanos&#8230; (m\u00e1s o menos)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Para estrenar el horno de mi <a href=\"http:\/\/rol.alt64.org\/?p=253\">nuevo antro<\/a> decid\u00ed preparar un bizcocho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La verdad es que no s\u00e9 por qu\u00e9 no se me ha ocurrido antes: es f\u00e1cil, sencillo, y queda genial. La receta la he sacado de <a href=\"http:\/\/recetasdecocina.elmundo.es\/2018\/04\/bizcocho-casero-facil-receta.html\">aqu<\/a>\u00ed y es insult\u00e1ntemente f\u00e1cil:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>3 huevos<\/li><li>1 yogur de lim\u00f3n (1 medida)<\/li><li>1 medida de&nbsp;aceite de oliva<\/li><li>2 medidas de az\u00facar (la receta dice que blanco, yo uso moreno, que es el que tengo en casa)<\/li><li>3 medidas de harina de trigo<\/li><li>1 sobre de levadura qu\u00edmica<\/li><li>1 ralladura de medio lim\u00f3n<\/li><li>1 pizca de sal<\/li><li>(Opcional: nueces o lo que sea)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mezclar bien los huevos y el az\u00facar, y batir bien evitando que queden grumos.<\/li><li>A\u00f1adir el aceite, el yogur y la ralladura del lim\u00f3n, y batir bien evitando que queden grumos.<\/li><li>Pasar la harina por un colador para que quede fina y sin grumos.<\/li><li>A\u00f1adir la harina, la levadura y la sal, de nuevo batiendo bien para que no queden grumos.<\/li><li>En este punto (opcional), he a\u00f1adido nueces.<\/li><li>Untar de margarina las paredes del molde y embadurnarlas de harina para que no se pegue el bizcocho.<\/li><li>Hornear 40 minutos a 180\u00ba C. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sobre el horneado<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En mi caso he puesto el horno a precalentar a 180\u00ba C cuando iba por el punto 4 y lo he horneado 40 minutos a esa temperatura.
